Orders shipping to all over the world and the rest of the International World will be charged actual shipping rates.  Customers may choose their preferred delivery method from FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight and by Air or Sea.

INSURANCE. All orders must be covered by insurance. Please add $1.00 for every $100 in product to insure your package against loss or damage. It is our policy to ensure all packages to protect our customer’s investment.

Orders shipped to locations where there is no insurance available are shipped at the customer’s risk.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

All shipments outside of the India may be subject to additional shipping charges based on rates at the time of shipment not the time of order.  International orders where insurance is not available are sent at the customer’s risk.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. We have no control over Customs holds, fees or lost packages.  We cannot emphasize this enough… we literally have no way to move your package through customs or make them inspect it faster.  Shipping times are based on delivery to your country and do not include possible wait times for customs processing.

Customers must pay any customs, tariffs, duties, or other charges imposed by their government.  We have partnered with a company that provides estimates of duties and taxes on certain shipping options.  Customers who choose not to pay duties and taxes at the time they place their order will be responsible for paying them at the time of delivery.  Estimates provided may change by the time your package arrives.  We are not responsible for rate changes to your duties and taxes estimate.  Customers who decline to pay the duties and taxes will be responsible for the shipping cost to their country and for the return shipping charge incurred as a result of their refusal to accept the shipment.

BrightWorld Crafters will never falsify customs/shipping paperwork. Please do not ask.  It is illegal. 

RETURNS POLICY

All orders must be inspected within a week of receipt. If not satisfied, conatact us to the return authorization.

We will exchange or provide store credit. Customers must pay any shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and resalable. Used merchandise will not be accepted.

Broken and damaged products are non-returnable.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

Our goal is for your package to be delivered in perfect condition. What happens when it leaves BrightWorld Crafters is sometimes unfortunate.

Please inspect all deliveries for visible damage before accepting.

DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITH VISIBLE DAMAGES unless opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery driver.

If you find damage PLEASE follow these steps:

  1. TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE
  2. KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING
  3. REPORT DAMAGE TO CARRIER
  4. CONTACT US FOR INSTRUCTIONS

 

Insured orders that are lost or damaged can not be replaced until the claim has been paid.
