Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, resalable, and in the same condition that you received it. Used merchandise will not be accepted.

We will exchange the product or issue store credit.

Customers must pay the shipping cost to return items. Restocking fees may apply.

We do not return any customized items containing: Logos, Size, Color, Design, etc.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to BrightWorld Crafters, 852/45, St.No.9, Old Mustafabad Delhi-110094, India.

You must write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. This helps us route the package to our Returns department for faster processing. Returns without an RA number on the box may be delayed in processing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
